Cancellation policy

Cancellations are not possible within 30 days of the arrival date. Any cancellation made within 30 days of arrival until the day of check-in will be charged the full amount of the reservation, except in cases of valid cause as provided for by current legislation (for example, certified health reasons, documented force majeure).

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will not incur any charges.

In case of no-show, the full payment of the reservation will be applied.
